Shipping & Insurance Policy
All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking numbers. Once USPS takes possession of the package, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, you must report it immediately to USPS.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, report it to your local post office right away and file a missing package claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses, and additional shipping fees apply for reshipments.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping method unless a faster shipping option is chosen. Shipping times depend on the carrier, and while we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, packages typically arrive within 5 business days with standard shipping after processing time. Please note, delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. All orders ship from Texas.
