RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us. All returns are for store credit or product exchanges (if item is still available) only. Shipping charges will not be returned.
All orders placed during any live sales are FINAL SALE. There are no returns/exchanges on live sale items.
All items labeled "imperfect" or "final sale" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged/cancelled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly recommend insuring your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
Please contact us directly with any issues regarding your order. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first may delay resolution or result in the chargeback being disputed, as we follow the terms of our refund policy.

Sizing
We do not accept returns for sizing errors. If you're unsure of your size, we offer ring sizers but recommend getting your finger sized by a jeweler.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
This return policy does not apply to custom items, sale items, or gift cards. Returns will not be accepted on custom items, but please reach out if there is a concern with your item and we will do what we can to make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email with a store credit that can be used at any time.
Order Cancellations
Please reach out to us right away at horseshoejco@gmail.com to request a change or cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% fee. Made-To-Order items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be confirmed along with the cancellation fee before we process the cancellation. If your order ships before confirmation of the fee, we cannot cancel the order. Orders can only be canceled before shipping; once shipped, they must be returned per our return policy.
