At Wooten & Co., we want you to love your purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and non-returnable items before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All approved returns are issued as store credit or product exchange only, if the item is still available. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Wooten & Co. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

Sizing

Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend being professionally sized by a jeweler prior to purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the incorrect item
  • Your item is defective

Please include clear photos of both the packaging and item(s) so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.


Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

If approved, store credit will be issued via email and may be used at any time on future purchases.


Order Cancellations

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the order total.

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.


Chargebacks

We kindly ask that customers contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and may be disputed if the order falls within the terms outlined in our policies.

At Wooten & Co., we are committed to thoughtfully packaging and shipping your order with care. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that processing times may increase during launches, holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (You must opt in to emails from us to receive these emails).


Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including USPS and UPS depending on the order size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after a shipping label has been created. Tracking updates may not appear immediately once your order has shipped. You will only receive a tracking information email from us if you opt in to emails from us.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of Wooten & Co.’s control.

While we are always happy to assist however possible, Wooten & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related delivery issues once a shipment is in transit.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Apartment or mail offices

  • Your local post office

Please note that carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off.

Shipping Delays

Wooten & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other transit-related circumstances outside of our control.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s) so we can review the issue.


Separate Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on inventory location, preorder items, or order contents.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.


Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped through Ground Advantage.
